100 Red Wiggler worm COCOON EGGS.  We raise and sell Red Wiggler worms.  We have many customers that want to start their worm farming from scratch and want the Worm Cocoons.

We always add more (extras) to our packages.  The cocoons CAN hatch into 6-10 worms in the proper conditions.  We have done this experiment many times to learn the worm life process.  We added 100 cocoons to a small plastic container so we can track the progress of the hatching.  We added moist peat moss and moist shredded cardboard.  We kept the container in 70 degree temperatures (Inside our storage room).

When we noticed the worms starting to hatch, we started adding small chunks of watermelon (with the rind).  We noticed the worms congregating onto the watermelon like a baby breast feeding (LOL).  The worms grew and started doubling in size within a few days.

Nobody can predict if ALL of the cocoons will hatch.  We think you will have fun trying to raise your own babies.  We love it.
